Are you a passionate cook with an eye for detail and a love for creating delicious food? Join the Paris Baguette family and be a key player in bringing our delectable baked goods, sandwiches, and culinary creations to life. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Outlet Chef to work in a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including sandwiches, salads, and simple hot meals, following our standard recipes and procedures.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Manage food inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen supplies to prevent waste and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times, adhering strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as required to support the outlet's operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience (1 to 2 years) in a kitchen or F&B environment.
- A strong passion for food preparation and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with efficiency and a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
