Job Responsibilities :

Supervise daily project work teams to ensure productivity and timely completion of scheduled works.

Plan manpower allocation at least one week in advance and coordinate project commencement and completion timelines.

Prepare Sales Orders for the required inventories and materials to support confirmed project commencement.

Monitor and track project progress and provide daily updates to the Business Head.

Coordinate closely with the Residential Business Development (BD) Team and Business Head to plan project commencement schedules and work completion timelines.

Prepare and present project schedules and manpower allocation during the weekly BD & Operations meeting with Management.

Update and manage project schedules and manpower allocation using Odoo Project Management software.

Conduct quality control checks upon completion of each residential project and prepare Quality Control Reports.

Responsible to use Helioscope to design for Residential Owner’s Roofs and using Autocad for drafting Residential Single Line Diagrams.

Perform any other project coordination and operational duties assigned by the Business Head.

Requirements :
Experience in solar panel installation, roof waterproofing, or painting works.
Possess Class 3 driving license or Class 2 motorcycle license.
Willing to travel to project sites.
