Warehouse Supervisor [OT ALLOWANCE | AWS | VB | Medical Benefit]
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by receiving, storing and/or shipping of material or finished goods.
2. To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
3. To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
4. To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing.
5. To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
6. To ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
7. To supervise a team of assistant supervisor and material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.
8. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
9. Operating of warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck and stacker and ensure the equipment is well maintain at all time.
10. To maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
11. Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.
Work Location:
West areas - Penjuru, Tuas South Link, Pandan, Bulim
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri, 8.00 am - 5.30 pm ; Alternate Sat 8.00 am - 12.00 pm
