Finance Support Assistant (3 months/West/$2500) - FF1
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: Up to $2500
- Location: NTU/NIE
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday ( 8.30am to 5.45pm ), Friday (8.30am to 5.15pm )
- 3 Months Contract (Renewable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursement claims, and other routine finance transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify supporting documents and ensure expenses comply with company policies
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of proper financial records
- Support the Finance team in day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
- Handle basic finance-related enquiries and follow up on discrepancies when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables & formulas)
- SAP experience is an advantage
