Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations or information about daily specials and dietary needs.
- Order Management: Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Table Maintenance: Clear dirty plates, reset tables, and keep the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Payments: Present bills, process cash or credit card transactions, and return change
- Dishwashing: All service crew take turns to wash dishes
Skills and Requirements
- Communication: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays of food or drinks for long shifts.
- Multitasking: Capacity to manage multiple tables efficiently under pressure during peak rush hours.
- Experience: Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred.
