Working Hours:
- NUS Branch: 11:00am–7:00pm
- NTU Branch: 9:00am–4:30pm
- Roadshows: Ad-hoc timing to be advised

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote bank accounts, debit cards, products, and promotions.
- Engage customers and contribute towards daily sales targets.
- Guide customers through digital account opening and application processes.
- Provide basic product information and banking assistance.
- Ensure accurate submissions and compliance with bank policies.
- Maintain a clean and organised branch environment.
- Support roadshows and other promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, confident, and sales-oriented personality.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.
- Customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to commit to flexible working hours, including weekends.
