Duration: 12 months, Extendable/Convertible
Location: One-North (Walking distance from MRT)
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Support Learning & Development (L&D) administration, including course registration, attendance tracking, training records and participant coordination.
- Process training-related invoices, reimbursements, sponsorships and scholarships.
- Support medical claims, leave and insurance administration, including document verification and follow-up.
- Handle staff enquiries and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and documentation in HR systems and SharePoint.
- Prepare reports and supporting documents for audits and management reporting.
- Support general HR operations, projects and administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in HR operations, administration, healthcare or shared services is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and communication skills.
- Service-oriented and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
