Duration: 3 months Extendable/Convertible

Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

*Job Responsibilities*

Perform HR-related payment processing activities (e.g. payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and in a timely manner for assigned institutions and departments in Healthcare.
Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain proper documentation and records.
Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
Follow established guidelines, policies and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out HR processing tasks.
Monitor assigned tasks to ensure service standards are met and highlight any delays or operational issues.
Liaise with internal teams, administrators or external stakeholders when required to obtain missing information or clarification.
Assist with simple operational or administrative tasks as directed, including ad hoc duties or projects.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
Organised, meticulous and proactive.
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
