What You’ll Do

Deliver professional and welcoming passenger service at check-in counters and departure gates.
Assist passengers with travel documents, flight information and general enquiries.
Support passengers requiring special assistance and provide personalised customer service.
Perform passenger service system transactions and support premium lounge operations.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in any discipline.
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Comfortable working rotating shifts on a 6-day work week.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
