Job Scope:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor

Requirement:

● Typing test min 35WPM
● Prior call centre / customer service experience is preferred
