RESPONSIBILITIES
The Fleet Supervisor shall be responsible for performing the following duties include:
- Supervising transport and managing vehicles/equipment within the company
- Updating of daily serviceable status report of vehicles/equipment
- Develop effective relationships with internal customers, drivers and vendors.
- Conduct checks on areas of responsibility to ensure that standards of equipment and targeted performance standards are met.
- Assist in conducting audits on vendors to ensure contract compliances.
- Assesses the work environment, vehicle /equipment, and processes to develop and maintain a safe work environment
- Responsible for the daily supervision on company repair workshop on repair progression
- Assist in accident/incident investigation, Interviewing, evaluating & disciplining of drivers
- Sending vehicles and equipment for inspections
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess basic welding skills
- Mechanical Background
Working hours
- 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
- 8.30am – 12.30pm (Saturdays)
