Working Arrangement: 6 days work week

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage the warehouse team during night shift operations, ensuring all staff comply with safety protocols and company policies
Monitor and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and despatch of goods
Conduct daily briefings and allocate tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and accountability
Identify and resolve operational issues that arise during night shift operations, escalating concerns to management when necessary
Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained in good working order and report any maintenance requirements
Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices, procedures and safety standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking accuracy, productivity rates and safety metrics
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with other departments to communicate shift updates, delivery schedules and any operational challenges

What we're looking for

Proven supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment, preferably in a night shift setting
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment and stock control procedures
Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop team members effectively
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant IT applications
Ability to work independently during night shifts whilst maintaining communication with management
Flexibility to work night shift hours on a consistent basis
