Junior Business Development
Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to grow the company’s customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with clients and prospects to develop business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Perform other business development and sales-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
