🏥💙 Healthcare Admin Assistant | Yishun | Up to $3,000! 💙🏥
📍 Work Location: Yishun
💰 Salary: Up to $3,000
📆 Contract: 2 Months
🔄 Extension / Conversion: Subject to performance & business needs
🗓️ Working Schedule: Monday – Friday
✨ Your Main Duties ✨
🗂️ Handle general administrative and clerical duties
💬 Respond to enquiries related to staff uniform services
👔 Assist with the distribution and exchange of staff uniforms
📦 Check and arrange uniforms to ensure the required sizes, types and quantities are available
📏 Assist with uniform sizing and record the necessary information
💻 Update records and maintain proper documentation
🤝 Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for uniform-related matters
🧹 Keep the uniform room and workstations clean and organised
🛠️ Ensure office equipment is properly taken care of
🎉 Assist in company / community activities and events when required
⚙️ Support the team in improving existing work processes
📌 Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
🌟 Requirements 🌟
✅ Prior administrative experience will be an advantage
🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
💻 Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
📧 Familiar with Outlook and email communication
📊 Knowledge of SAP MM / Ariba is a plus
