📆 Scheduled: 5 days, 44 hours a week (Retail hours)
🌹 Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships by sharing product knowledge and offering exceptional service
- Recommend products across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care categories
- Support customers in testing products and performing basic beauty services
- Promote loyalty programs and encourage repeat purchases via eCommerce platforms
- Assist in inventory management, replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Comply with sampling and loss prevention policies
- Handle cashiering duties and process payments accurately
🌸 Job Requirements:
- Passionate about customer service and beauty trends
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with basic computer/store systems
- Retail experience preferred, but fresh grads with beauty certifications or strong makeup knowledge are welcome!
