📍 Required to travel between both museums located near Pasir Panjang & Upper Changi MRT (May also have central location)
🕙 Working Hours:
Upper Changi: 9am - 6pm
Pasir Panjang: 9am - 5.30pm
Raffles Place: 9.30am - 7.30pm (Extended operating hours till 9pm on Fridays)
📆 Working Days: 5 days/ week (Including weekends & PH)
💰 Compensation: Gross up to $3000
*Salary will commensurate with experience

✨Job scope
- Manage daily operations across two museum sites and ensure smooth visitor experience.
- Attend to visitors professionally and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Coordinate and facilitate large groups of visitors and group visits.
- Resolve operational or technical issues and escalate when needed.
- Monitor and manage associates’ performance, guiding associates in conducting tours and visitor programmes
- Act as the key liaison between associates and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage administrative duties, including coordinating group visit bookings and responding to internal and external enquiries.
- Prepare and submit monthly revenue reports.
💥 Requirements:
- Comfortable with travelling amongst the stated museums
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale Systems, and digital technologies
- Experience in handling various payment modes and people managing
- 2 years of front line/ customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
- Skilled in service delivery, problem resolution, and service recovery
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexible in customer interactions in a front-facing role
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
