Seeking dedicate and hardworking individual to join our team as KITCHEN CREWS. The role involves preparing food items (including frying), maintaining kitchen cleanliness and ensuring food safety standards and hygiene are met at all times.
Job Descriptions
- Preparing and cooking according to company recipe and standards.
- Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.
- Operate fryer and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly.
- Assist in receiving and storing inventory and supplies.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Possess Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate.
- Experience in kitchen or food preparation role in F&B industry.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, standard and hygiene practices in Singapore.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and/public holidays.
