📦 Job Description
- 🚚 Manage shipment consolidation and overall shipping coordination.
- 📊 Prepare and monitor reports to ensure sample orders are issued by noon on the same day.
- 🖨️ Print delivery notes (DNs), including proforma invoices, packing checklists, barcode checklists, and ROW consolidation checklists on a rotational basis.
- 🧾 Prepare commercial invoices and arrange collection and flight bookings for daily shipments or weekly consolidations.
- ✈️ Coordinate overseas deliveries with forwarders, including collection and flight bookings before cut-off times.
- 💻 Update waybill information and notify Customer Service (CS) of details, prioritizing urgent DNs followed by normal shipments.
🎯 Job Requirements
- 💻 Basic computer knowledge.
- 🤝 Good coordination and communication skills.
- 📚 Willing to learn and handle shipping-related duties.
- 🌟 Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply!
