Full-Time Store Coordinator
💰 Gross salary: $2,780/month
🗓 5-day work week (44 hours)
About the role
This is a hands-on role supporting store operations, inventory management, and administrative activities in a retail supermarket.
You will
Manage inventory records, delivery documentation, and stock transfers
Review and reconcile invoices from suppliers and warehouse deliveries
Perform data entry and maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Coordinate stock replenishment with Sales Associates and department teams
Inspect and receive deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity meet requirements
Organise stockrooms and optimise storage capacity
Support stock takes and inventory counting activities
Assist with store revamps, stock reorganisation, and operational improvement projects
Provide support across departments when required
Scheduling
5-day work week (44 hours)
Fixed shift: 8:00am – 6:00pm (one workday per week will be 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Weekend work is generally not required but may be scheduled occasionally based on operational needs, with an off day provided in lieu
