(Entry Level, Office Hours ) 1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate (East Polyclinic)- $2500 #HLV
Location: Bukit Merah/Marine Parade/Pasir Ris/Tampines/Punggol
Working hours:
Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
44 hours per work week
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients
- Will be stationed at the health monitoring station based on the roster. Involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at the health monitoring station
