Mon to Thu: 830am - 6pm
Fri: 830am - 530pm
💰Up to $19/hr
Job Scope
- Maintained filing systems, updated databases, and performed accurate data entry and record management.
- Handled clerical and administrative duties relating to personnel, financial, and revenue matters.
- Generated, processed, and dispatched laboratory test reports while ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Attended to departmental enquiries and incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisted with meeting arrangements and transcribed voice recordings into reports as required.
