📍 Location: Sin Ming
📅 Contract: 1-Year Direct Contract
💰 Basic Salary: Up to $2,800/month
🕒 Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
• 2 consecutive off days: Friday + Saturday OR Sunday + Monday
• Schedule is mainly Monday to Friday, but candidates must be comfortable covering weekends when required
💼 Job Responsibilities
• Respond to and manage customer enquiries via email
• Handle and follow up on escalation matters
• Assist with administrative and backend support duties
• Ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and professionally
✅ Requirements
• Prior Customer Service experience is required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling customer escalations and administrative tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with occasional weekend coverage
