Position: Head of Bakery Production

Location: VivoCity, Singapore

Role Summary

Lead bakery production, quality, food safety and team training.

Key Responsibilities

- Set production plans, manpower and product standards

- Control recipes, weights, temperature, quality and wastage

- Lead section supervisors and production crew

- Maintain food safety, cleaning and traceability records

- Lead opening trials and staff training

Requirements

- Experience: At least 5 years in bakery production, including at least 2 years leading a team.

- Education: Professional Qualification

- Language: Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred.

- Other: Able to support early shifts, production trials and opening training.

- Key Skills: Bakery production, recipes, planning, quality, food safety, cost, training

Work Schedule

6 working days per week, 9 hours per day, based on the roster.
