Working Schedule : 5 days per week with rotating shift ( early shift 7am to 4.30pm, end shift11.30am to 9pm)

SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER

Shift Leadership – Lead daily security operations and supervise Security Officers to ensure compliance with Club policies, SOPs and service standards.
Personnel Supervision – Coordinate outsourced Security Officers, conduct briefings and provide operational guidance.
Security Systems – Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm, FCC, Access Control, Lift Control, Vehicle Barrier and Carpark systems; report faults for rectification.
Patrol & Security – Conduct physical and virtual patrols to identify security breaches, hazards, suspicious activities and unauthorised access.
Emergency Response – Respond to security incidents, fire alarms, medical emergencies, accidents and emergencies, including evacuation and crowd control.
Traffic & Access Control – Regulate vehicular and pedestrian traffic, parking and access control, including event security arrangements.
CCTV & Investigations – Monitor CCTV and retrieve footage to support investigations, enquiries, claims and management requirements.
Member Assistance – Assist members, guests and staff with security matters, lost property, complaints, injuries, accidents and suspicious persons.
Equipment & Reporting – Inspect security equipment, report defects and hazards, and maintain accurate incident and shift records.
