Working Days & Hours:
Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor) – Certain day might be 645am but quite rare
Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)
44 hours per work week
Location: Bukit Merah / Marine Parade / Pasir Ris / Tampines / Punggol
Job description:
• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course
