Account Assistant
$2,500 – $3,000
9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Little India
Benefits: AWS, Bonus, Annual Leave (14–21 days)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounts receivable and payable transactions.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage billing, including invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare daily and monthly financial settlements.
- Perform other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
