Looking for a short-term project opportunity and want to gain hands-on experience in UAT, project coordination and business operations? This could be a good opportunity for you! 🙌
💼 Your Responsibilities
- Execute UAT test cases and validate results against approved business requirements
- Document test results and supporting evidence accurately
- Identify, log and track defects or process gaps
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders for resolution and retesting
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure timely completion of UAT activities
- Prepare regular progress updates and escalate important issues or risks
- Assist in updating workflow documentation, test scripts and SOPs
- Support BAU operational activities when UAT support is not required
- Perform other project or operational duties assigned by the supervisor
✅ Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Comfortable working with documents, testing and administrative tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to start ASAP
- Fresh graduates / candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply
