Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing timely and accurate broking services to clients
Business development into prospective clients for the USD Interest Rate Swaps desk
Sales and client relationship management with existing and prospective clients
Manage and execute client order properly through system in accordance with Company policies
Calculate dealing prices, compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries
Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers

Job Requirements:

Fluent communication in English is required
Prior broking experience within an inter dealer brokerage firm is required
Prior broking experience on interest rates products are a definite advantage
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Good team player and able to work independently
Strong negotiation skills
Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well under pressure
