Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned vessels.
- Process and review portage bill and crew-related accounting transactions.
- Prepare funding requests for vessel owners and follow up on incoming funds.
- Compile complete vessel accounting reports together with the relevant supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure reports are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Review vessel reports, identify discrepancies and respond to queries raised by vessel owners.
- Assist with the reconciliation of intercompany and vessel-related balances.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
