📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • 🪑 Warm Welcome: Host and arrange seating for arriving guests.
  • 📝 Order & Serve: Take orders accurately and deliver delicious plant-based dishes & beverages with a smile.
  • 💡 Menu Expert: Make tasty menu recommendations, answer guest queries, and share product knowledge.
  • 💳 Cashiering: Deliver checks and collect bill payments efficiently.
  • 🤝 Service Excellence: Handle first-line service recovery and gather valuable customer feedback.
  • 🛠️ Teamwork: Assist the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc duties.

📌 Requirements:

  • 🎓 Minimum 'O' Level qualification.
  • 🍽️ Basic Service Skills (prior F&B experience is a plus, but a great attitude is key!).
  • 😄 Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality.
  • 🗣️ Good communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.
