Job Scope

  • Attend to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assists with clarifications
  • Perform proper patient check in and discharge them timely based on orders
  • Assist with doctor’s requests including chaperone duties
  • Ensure that all patients' documents are scanned and filed away securely
  • Ensure counters and workstations are well maintained
  • Ensure safe handling of patients’ privacy and data confidentiality

Requirement

  • Minimum GCE O Level and above
  • Able to commit for min 3 months
