Working Hours: Shift-based
🕐 SHIFT OPTIONS
☀️ Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
🌤️ Mid-Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
💼WHAT YOU'LL DO
🧾Verify travel documents and check in passengers
🎫Print luggage tags and boarding passes
👥Control lines and maintain order in the check-in procedure
🗺 •Helps passengers with general guidance and directions
🌏Engage with tourists from all over the world
👔 DRESS CODE
Top: White long-sleeve collared button-up shirt
Bottoms: Black formal pants
Shoes: Black formal shoes or flats
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
😊 Friendly, confident and people-oriented
🗣️ Comfortable communicating with international travellers
📅 Willing to work weekends & public holidays
💼 Customer service experience is an advantage, especially in cruise, airport, hotel or retail environments
