Warehouse Executive
Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Woodlands
Benefit: AWS, Bonus, AL (14 - 21 days)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery documents
- Label, sort and store goods accurately
- Update inventory records and perform regular stock counts
- Prepare GRN, delivery and inventory records
- Coordinate deliveries and stock movements
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment
- Handle returned or damaged goods
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with workplace safety standards
- Liaise with internal departments and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Familiar with warehouse operations and inventory control
- Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
