High Note Hospitality Group is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Singapore.
We like restaurants with personality, warmth and a genuine sense of hospitality. We also believe a good workplace should feel the same. Good people, good energy, no unnecessary drama or ego.
We’re looking for someone who loves being on the floor, enjoys looking after people and knows how to build a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the restaurant day to day and making sure service runs smoothly
- Spending time on the floor with guests and your team
- Coaching, developing and looking after the people you work with
- Creating a warm, thoughtful and consistent guest experience
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and wider management team
- Managing rostering, staffing and daily operational requirements
- Taking ownership when things go wrong and finding sensible solutions
- Paying attention to the small details that make a restaurant feel special
- Helping create a workplace people actually enjoy coming to
Who we’re looking for
- Experience managing a restaurant or leading a hospitality team
- Someone warm, confident and comfortable talking to people
- A hands-on manager who would rather help than point
- Organised and calm when things get busy
- Someone who cares about the guest experience and the people delivering it
- Good communication and leadership skills
- A genuine love of restaurants, food, drinks and hospitality
We don’t expect perfection. We do expect people to care, look out for each other and genuinely care about doing a good job.
If you’re going to spend this much time at work, you may as well spend it with people you like.
