We are seeking for a Retail Assistant (Electrical & Computer Department) to provide excellent customer service, recommend products, and achieve sales targets while creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance required.
Provide shoppers with professional and unbiased sales and product advice on electrical appliances, IT products, and related accessories.
Always maintain and provide a high level of customer service.
Provide prompt follow-up on customer enquiries, issues, and delivery arrangements.
Carry out daily housekeeping before store opening and during operating hours when necessary.
Ensure products are well merchandised, price tickets are displayed in accordance with company guidelines, and display areas are clean and tidy.
Achieve KPIs and monthly Sales/Gross Profit targets set by the company.
Drive product care, warranties, and attachment sales while achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Participate in ad hoc duties, events, and promotional activities assigned by management.
Follow company guidelines on dress code, personal grooming, name tag, and required badges during operating hours.
Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
Experience in consumer electronics, electrical appliances, computers, IT products, or related retail sales will be an advantage.
Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
