[MASS HIRING] SALES PROMOTER – HEALTH & WELLNESS PRODUCTS | UP TO $3K BASIC + COMMISSIONS | ISLANDWIDE
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Up to $3,000/month
- Commissions: Up to $1,000/month (Depending on KPI)
- 1-month AWS
- 14 days annual leave
Working Hours
- 44 hours per week
- 5 days per week, including weekends & Public Holidays
- 2 rotating shifts: Day & Noon shift
- Job Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and actively promote health and wellness products
- Understand customers’ needs and provide suitable product recommendations
- Explain product features, benefits, ingredients and usage clearly to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities to drive sales
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall outlet performance
- Maintain attractive, organised and well-stocked product displays according to brand guidelines
- Provide professional and friendly customer service while handling product enquiries
- Gather customer feedback and share relevant market or customer insights with the sales team
- Support in-store promotions, roadshows, campaigns and new product launches when required
- Monitor product availability and ensure the assigned product area is properly maintained
Requirements
- Relevant sales or retail experience preferred
- Sales-driven and comfortable working towards targets
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and interacting with customers
