We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused E-Commerce Coordinator to join our growing E-Commerce team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Click & Collect Centre, ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes and delivering exceptional customer service to create a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers at the Click & Collect Counter on enquiries, concerns, and requests regarding eCommerce orders.
Maintain and provide a high level of customer service at all times to fulfill customers' eCommerce orders.
Support the eCommerce Operations team in the processing of eCommerce orders and customer returns.
Coordinate with retail stores and third-party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click & Collect Centre.
Monitor and provide prompt follow-up on customer enquiries, order statuses, and service-related issues.
Ensure accurate handling, processing, and documentation of customer orders and returns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment within the Click & Collect Centre.
Participate in ad hoc duties, projects, and operational activities assigned by management.

Requirements

Min. 1 year of experience in customer service, retail operations, eCommerce, logistics, or a related field.
Experience in order fulfillment, Click & Collect operations, or eCommerce support will be an advantage.
Min. GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using online ordering systems.
