Customer Service Support ( Retail industry / 5 days week / north)
- Deliver a world-class after-sales experience by managing client enquiries professionally via phone and email
- Provide expert advice on products, warranties, repairs, maintenance, and after-sales services
- Manage service cases, CRM records, and customer follow-ups, ensuring a seamless client journey from start to completion.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and international teams to coordinate repairs and resolve client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other high-end client service environments
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences with a polished and service-driven approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with confidence in handling client enquiries and service recovery
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
