Astons Group is growing and we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our restaurant leadership team across multiple outlets.

Positions: Supervisor | Management Trainee | Assistant Manager | Restaurant Manager
Candidates will be matched to the position based on experience.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

Ensure the highest standards of food, beverage and service quality are consistently met (QSC standards)
Lead, train and motivate FOH & BOH teams
Monitor guest feedback, address complaints promptly and implement corrective actions when necessary
Coordinate operational tasks and support kitchen/service procedures
Oversee equipment, cleanliness, hygiene and workplace safety standards to ensure they are maintained

Perform any other duties as assigned by their immediate superior

👤 What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ F&B experience (more for senior positions)
Strong leadership, communication and multitasking skills
Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene practices at all times
Valid Food Safety Course (Level 3) Certificate is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on weekend and public holidays
