🎫 Salary: $11/hr
🎫 ASAP - 3 months
🎫 3-5 days (2 weekdays, 1 weekend or 1 weekday, 2 weekends)
🎫 8-9 hours from 9.45am - 7pm
Key Responsibilities (Training provided)
🎫 Assist in the coordination of exhibitions and museum programs
🎫 Provide services and engage the visitors, schools, and special groups
🎫 Support front-of-house duties including ticketing, information services, and crowd management
🎫 Engage with visitors to enhance their understanding and appreciation of contemporary art
🎫 Monitor gallery spaces to ensure the safety of artworks and visitors
🎫 Ensure adherence to museum policies and uphold service standards
Requirements
🎫 Minimum N/O-levels
🎫 Prior experience in customer service preferred
🎫 Strong communication and public engagement skills
🎫 Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during exhibition periods
🎫 A team player who is adaptable, proactive, and service-oriented
🎫 Willing to travel offsite - Outside deployment (Woodlands, Jurong and Tampines)
