Your Responsibilities:
Service Responsibilities
- Perform daily front-of-house tasks: take orders, manage cashiering, consolidate sales, serve food and beverages, and handle reservation calls
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and behaviour
- Follow company SOPs and ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas
- Assist with food and drink preparation when needed
- Carry out opening and closing duties
- Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
Kitchen Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food promptly according to company SOPs
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen environment
- Clean food prep areas and kitchen equipment regularly
- Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible with a positive working attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holiday
