⏰ Work Timings
Morning Shift (10 hours work, 1 hour break)
- Dry Picking, Packing & Sorting — 7am to 5pm
- Sortation — 7am to 5pm
- Cold Room — 8am to 6pm
- Sunday — 8am to 6pm (all roles)
Night Shift (12 hours work, 1 hour 15 mins break)
- Dry Picking, Packing & Sorting — 7pm to 7am
- Cold Room — 8pm to 8am
All breaks are unpaid.
💵 Pay Per Shift
Morning Dry (Picking, Packing) — $90
Morning Sortation — $90
Morning Cold Room — $100
Night Dry (Picking, Packing) — $110
Night Sortation — $110
Cold Room (Night) — $120
🎁 Bonus Incentives — Weekly Attendance Bonus
Complete all your rostered team shifts for the week to earn a bonus on top of your shift pay. No partial bonus is given if any shift is missed.
Week 1 (3-day team shift): Complete all 3 days/nights to qualify
Week 2 (4-day team shift): Complete all 4 days/nights to qualify
Day Shift staff: $10 extra per day, paid only if all rostered days are completed
3 days = $30 extra
4 days = $40 extra
Night Shift staff: $20 extra per night, paid only if all rostered nights are completed
3 nights = $60 extra
4 nights = $80 extra
👕 What to Wear
✅ Covered pants or jeans ✅ Safety shoes
❌ No shorts ❌ No slippers or open-toed shoes
