Job Description
- Welcomes and greets customers
- Prepare menu proposal and quotation
- Solicit guest feedback
- Coordinate events
- Interact actively with guests to gather feedback for Managers to constantly monitor and improve guests’ dining experience
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage Menu Items so as to recommend items to and answer queries from guests
- Train Leading Hostess
- Assist in service during meal period, as required
- Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in service and hospitality industry is preferred
- Possess positive attitude and determination to solve problems
- Able to communicate with both English and chinese speaking customers
- Possess good communication skills with clear voice
- Customer service oriented and well-groomed
- Computer knowledge and skills preferred
