Summary of Key Responsibilities
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to Fore Coffee's recipes and quality standards.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and consistent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
- Recommend products and support promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Keep the bar, service area, equipment, and store clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
- Support stock receiving, storage, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Minimize product wastage and ensure proper handling of ingredients and products.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations, especially during peak hours.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the Store Leader when required.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.
Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Requirements:
Experience in F&B
Can commit for the long-term
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or public holidays
