Jobs Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless client experience from pre arrival to post appointment, including appointment scheduling and preparation
- Welcome clients warmly and provide professional front desk support
- Assist with client enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or service area
- Coordinate with internal teams on client requests and appointment arrivals
- Maintain an organised and professional reception area at all times
- Uphold the company's service standards, grooming, and professional image throughout all client interactions
