📋 JOB DETAILS
Position: Cruise Check-In Agent
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $12/hour
Start Date: Mid to End October 2026
Working Hours: Shift-based
🕐 SHIFT OPTIONS
☀️ Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
🌤️ Mid-Morning: 9:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
🧾 Check in passengers and verify travel documents
🎫 Print boarding passes and issue luggage tags
👥 Manage queues and keep the check-in process organised
🗺️ Assist passengers with directions and general enquiries
🌏 Interact with travellers from around the world
😊 Provide friendly and professional customer service
👔 DRESS CODE
👕 Top: White long-sleeve collared button-up shirt
🖤 Bottoms: Black formal pants
👞 Shoes: Black formal shoes or flats

😊 Friendly, confident and approachable
🗣️ Comfortable interacting with international travellers
📅 Able to work weekends & public holidays
💼 Customer service experience is a plus, especially in cruise, airport, hotel or retail environments
