Job Title: Retail Sales Representative (B2C & B2B)

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time (6-day work week, 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, driven Retail Sales Representative to join our showroom team. Beyond closing retail (B2C) sales, you will receive training to conduct corporate (B2B) outreach during off-peak hours and create social media content to attract new foot traffic and leads.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Salary: $2,000 – $3,300 / month
Average Performers: ~$1,500 / month in commissions
Top Performers: ~$3,000+ / month in commissions
Total Expected Earnings: $3,500 – $6,300+ / month

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales (B2C) & Showroom

Welcome showroom visitors, understand space planning needs, and close furniture sales.
Manage customer pipelines from inquiry to payment and delivery coordination.
Maintain showroom visual merchandising and product presentation.

2. Corporate Sales (B2B)

Conduct B2B outreach during non-peak hours like weekday afternoons (training provided).
Prospect and pitch to interior designers, property agents, and corporate clients for bulk orders.

3. Social Media & Content Creation

Assist with short video and photo content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and WeChat.
Engage with online inquiries and convert engagement into showroom visits.

Requirements

Experience in retail sales or customer service (furniture/interior background is a plus).
Target-driven with a clear motivation to maximize commission earnings.
Comfortable appearing on video for social media content creation.
Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for XHS/WeChat and Chinese-speaking clients.
Able to work a 6-day shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
