⏰Working Hours:
- Full-Time
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00AM to 4.00PM
- Fridays: 7.15AM to 2.15PM
- Working hours may vary according to operational needs and may include weekends
- Part-Time
- Monday to Fridays: 7.00AM to 1.30PM
- Working hours may vary according to operational needs and may include weekends
Job scope:
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, dismissal, and teacher-absence periods
- Prepare teaching resources and support departmental needs
- Assist in examination administration, including setup, answer sheet scanning, and invigilation support
- Support orientation and school event preparations
- Coordinate food orders for examination exercises
- Count, pack, and distribute resources
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties
- Undertake any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proficient in Mandarin and English to communicate with students, parents, and stakeholders
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities effectively
