Data Centre Operator - Up to SGD2.8k + Shift allowance
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out periodic checks of data center hardware and facility systems according to organizational guidelines.
- Escalate any issue to relevant parties according to organizational guidelines.
- Obtain the existing DC Operation documentation including details on DC facilities, network and server monitoring, storage and backup monitoring, batch operations and batch job scheduling.
- Attend the knowledge transfer to be conducted by the outgoing service provider/s.
- Conduct shadowing and reverse shadowing of the daily DC operation tasks.
- Ensure all the DC Operations documentation is updated.
- Any ad hoc task that is relevant to the role.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum Diploma in IT or related discipline
- Able to commit for 12 hours rotational shift
- Comfortable working in healthcare sector, this role required the incumbent to take MMR and TDAP vaccine.
