Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the DORS brand.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive, personalized service.
- Build lasting client relationships by leveraging CRM tools and engaging in authentic storytelling of our brands and products.
- Maintain and grow a loyal customer base through proactive client management and follow-ups.
- Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets, maximizing every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and ongoing promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, housekeeping, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock-taking and transfers.
- Uphold safety, security, and administrative procedures at all times.
- Support store events, brand activations, and campaigns to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Retail Operations team.

- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred; senior positions require proven track record in sales and leadership on the shop floor.
